Chicklet was left on the doorsteps of the Humane Society of Tulsa when she was only three weeks old. She was only a half a pound and clearly the runt of the litter. She melted the hearts of the staff and volunteers but particularly one volunteer. The volunteer took her in her home to nurse her by bottle feeding to make sure she would survive. However the more time spent with Chicklet the more attached the volunteer became, and absolutely fell in love with her. Today Chicklet is spoiled rotten, happy, and healthy.
